What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting people with daily living tasks such as dressing, cooking & cleaning
- Encouraging participation in hobbies & social activities
- Providing emotional and physical care, including personal care when required
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate care plans
- Driving individuals to appointments or community activities (You must be willing to drive a company vehicle)
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
- Experience working with mental health, learning disabilities, or behaviours that challenge
- A calm, caring, and adaptable nature
- Passionate about making a difference every day
- A good sense of humour and team spirit
- Able to maintain professionalism, empathy, and resilience
