The Role
Are you a former librarian or someone with deep experience in the university or education sector, looking to leverage your skills in a creative and impactful way? We’re on the hunt for a meticulous and passionate Content Copywriter to join our team. This role will allow you to channel your love of research, storytelling, and knowledge-sharing into crafting engaging blog articles, email campaigns, and other marketing content that inspires and informs.
You’ll also undertake market research, using your analytical mind and curiosity to identify trends and insights that will shape content strategies. Your expertise in writing with accuracy and attention to detail will ensure the content you create resonates with our audience, particularly within the higher education space.

Content Creation:
- Write high-quality blog articles, email campaigns, and website content tailored to university audiences.
- Leverage your research skills to create factually accurate and engaging materials that reflect trends and developments in the higher education sector.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure precision and consistency in tone and style.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify audience needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Apply your information-gathering expertise to shape content strategies and identify new opportunities to connect with our audience.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to align content with broader campaigns.
- Contribute ideas and collaborate on creative projects, bringing your unique perspective from the education sector.
- Help develop a content calendar that drives engagement and meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Use your attention to detail to create polished, professional content efficiently.
- Juggle multiple projects while ensuring each piece of content is of the highest quality.
- Ensure all materials are thoroughly fact-checked and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills honed through your experience as a librarian, educator, or similar role.
- Exceptional English language skills, with a focus on grammar, syntax, and accuracy.
- Ability to produce engaging content quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Experience in or understanding of the university sector, higher education, or academia.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- A creative thinker who can turn complex ideas into accessible, impactful content.
