Description

The role of International Payments Coordinator is a vital role that works alongside a team of coordinators to create and manage customer payments accounts. Reporting to the International Payments Team Lead, you will be responsible managing your customer accounts and owning all stages of the payment’s transactions.

Our Payments team is global, with colleagues in the UK, Ireland and Malaysia - this role is part of the UK team, where we have offices in Aberdeen and Edinburgh and operate a hybrid working pattern. We are also open to discussions on this role being remote based on individual circumstances, and are happy to discuss this as part of the recruitment process.

On a typical day, you'll be...

  • Inputting payments to activpayroll client bank accounts
  • Gathering of backup for payments
  • Investigating unexpected or unfamiliar transactions
  • Handling bank reconciliations and proof of payment to satisfy customers requirements
  • Reporting balance and turnover on accounts at month end
  • Supporting with the daily upload of client banking transactions into the finance system and allocation to respective creditor accounts
