We are seeking a Sales Enablement and Onboarding Lead to join our Sales Enablement team and drive the successful onboarding of new hires in revenue-facing roles. This individual will design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs, aligning with our company’s strategic goals In particular, this role will help in the creation of role/functional specific onboarding, ensuring successful execution, with the ultimate goal of reducing time to field productivity While this role is primarily focused on onboarding, this role will also help with building and executing Enablement programs outside of onboarding What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute structured onboarding programs that effectively ramp new revenue team hires, including account executives, solution consultants, partner directors, and other revenue facing roles
  • Lead engaging, interactive, and impactful training sessions, including live workshops, eLearning modules, and hands-on exercises
  • Ensure new hires are proficient in sales methodologies (particularly Command of the Message), CRM systems, prospecting tools, and company sales processes
  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, product, HR teams, and the rest of the enablement team to align training initiatives with business objectives
  • Establish KPIs to track onboarding effectiveness and continuously refine training based on feedback and performance metrics
  • Create high-quality onboarding materials, including playbooks, sales guides, and learning resources
  • Reinforce best practices through structured sales methodologies (Command of the Message) and sales qualification tools (MEDDPICC) and help sellers to understand how these work together with the Workiva sales process
  • Design and scale onboarding programs across multiple business segments and regions to ensure alignment with a global revenue organization
What You’ll Need Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of related career experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or training
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, in particular as an account executive
  • Experience coaching and building credible partnerships with both sales leaders and quota-carrying salespeople
  • Strong background in sales training, program management, and onboarding strategies
  • Hands-on experience with structured sales methodologies and qualification tools - exCommand of the Message and MEDDPICC are ideal
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools to drive training and onboarding effectiveness
  • Proven ability to design, launch, and scale a comprehensive sales enablement and onboarding program across multiple business segments or regions
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment required
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Up to 25% travel for internal training and external events
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
