About our Climate Intelligence team:
The Climate Intelligence team empowers clients to adapt and thrive in a changing world by combining cutting-edge data, technology, and domain expertise. We deliver actionable insights on climate hazards and risks, enabling informed decision-making for infrastructure, investment, and operational resilience. Our work spans hazard and peril data sets on a global scale, to asset level climate risk scoring, supporting predominately the insurance and banking sector globally. At the heart of our mission are three pillars: data, systems, and people—working together to build a more sustainable and climate-resilient future.

About the Role:
As Associate Director, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role within the Advisory Group, working closely with the Director and other senior leaders to:
- Lead and develop a high-performing operational team (approx. 20 staff across the UK and Netherlands)
- Drive the delivery of our strategic objectives and operational plans
- Support product development and innovation in climate risk data and modelling
- Foster strong client relationships and support business development
- Ensure financial performance and operational excellence
- Champion a people-first culture, supporting staff development and engagement
- Contributing to developing and achieving the business plan, targets and operating profit.
- Proactive management and support of opportunities and leads
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A confident and supportive leader with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of climate risk, data modelling, or the finance/insurance sector
- An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Organised, adaptable, and performance-driven
- Passionate about sustainability and innovation
- A relevant degree (Chartered status desirable)
- Experience in a leadership role within a technical or consultancy environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
