To provide advice on all people-related matters to the Board so it can deliver its mission of providing essential savings and lending services within the St Albans and wider Hertfordshire area. SACB is run solely by volunteers.

We also work with strategic partners to provide payroll deduction arrangements. We are in the middle of an exciting period of transformational change and have ambitious plans to modernise and expand our visibility in the local community.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a CIPD qualified volunteer, preferably with experience in the financial sector.
What will you be doing?
Your advice the Board will cover all areas of HR management for a professional and experienced team of volunteers; their engagement and wellbeing and advice on leadership and organisational development. You will lead on and manage volunteer recruitment and ensure appropriate learning and development is available
