A strategic, relationship-focused sales professional who:
- Can generate and manage new high-value service contracts.
- Works well independently and with public/private sector clients.
- Manages full sales cycle with confidence and integrity.
Reporting to the Group Head of Sales, your responsibilities include:
Core Focus
- 80% service contract sales, 20% project sales
- Build long-term client relationships
- Source, pitch, and mobilise new recurring revenue contracts
- Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities.
- Business Development: Secure long-term clients.
- Sales Management: Handle the entire sales cycle.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain pipeline, forecast performance.
- Design & Quotations: Occasionally perform site surveys and system design.
- Internal Collaboration: Ensure seamless project handovers.
