How will you make an impact in this role?

Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Compliance Strategy & Operations, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving KYC compliance into Onboarding journeys across International Consumer and Commercial line of Business.
  • Expanding the control framework to ensure effective monitoring of the onboarding journeys
  • People leadership
  • Prepare and lead updates to leadership & Legal Entity AML committees
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven program and project management experience & successful delivery of large multi-market global programs

  • Strong knowledge of solution delivery lifecycle & supporting methodologies with relevant recognised industry certifications

  • Must be able to multitask and meet strict deadlines and work well with different areas of the organization.

  • People leadership experience

  • Excellent relationship skills because there will be a need to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and gain their trust
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft messages that clearly and succinctly communicate key messages for internal and external audiences
    .
