We are searching for a friendly and enthusiastic veterinary receptionist to join our team at Bath Vet Group as a Roaming Receptionist. The successful candidate will possess previous customer service experience and will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients to provide a consistently high level of service and customer care.
The role will include meeting and greeting clients, booking appointments, dealing with any queries, taking payments, dispensing medication, interacting with customers, amongst an array of other tasks. Experience with customer service and administration tasks is essential, alongside being computer literate. This is a busy and demanding role, you must be able to cope well under pressure and be able to multitask.
By joining our group, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care. The ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to work at all levels. This position includes travel between all Bath Vets branches, located in and around Bath, Melksham, and Keynsham. You must be able to travel between surgeries in the same day.
Rosemary Lodge is a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital. The role requires that you are computer literate, confident with figures and able to cope well under pressure. By joining our group, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent standards of client and animal care. We offer a supportive and friendly working environment and great benefits.
Your shifts will be between 7:30am - 7pm, plus 1:4 Saturdays at Bath Cat Clinic 8:30am-1pm, working across all our Bath Vet Group branches. Rotas will be given at least 1 month in advance.
