In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive Occupational Health Nursing service in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Scope of Professional Practice. You’ll split your time between our state-of-the-art Occupational Health Clinic and various client sites when required, helping to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees across diverse industries.

About The Role
In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive Occupational Health Nursing service in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Scope of Professional Practice. You’ll split your time between our state-of-the-art Occupational Health Clinic and various client sites when required, helping to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees across diverse industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct specialist and industry-standard medical assessments (e.g., working at heights, confined spaces, night shifts, driver medicals)
- Carry out health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, and substance misuse screening
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical notes in line with professional standards and GDPR
- Support sickness absence management through case reviews with client HR teams
- Advise client HSE teams on workplace risk identification and health strategy development
- NMC-registered Nurse (Adult or equivalent)
- Experience in Occupational Health, with case management, safety critical medicals and health surveillance experience is essential.
- Competence in audiometry, spirometry, and (ideally) OGUK medicals
- Occupational Health qualification (desirable, not essential)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
