As part of our continued growth at TAC Healthcare Group, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Registered Occupational Health Nurse to join our expanding Occupational Health team.

This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and is looking to make a meaningful impact across a range of workplace settings.

About The Role

In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive Occupational Health Nursing service in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Scope of Professional Practice. You’ll split your time between our state-of-the-art Occupational Health Clinic and various client sites when required, helping to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees across diverse industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct specialist and industry-standard medical assessments (e.g., working at heights, confined spaces, night shifts, driver medicals)
• Carry out health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, and substance misuse screening
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical notes in line with professional standards and GDPR
• Support sickness absence management through case reviews with client HR teams
• Advise client HSE teams on workplace risk identification and health strategy development
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• NMC-registered Nurse (Adult or equivalent)
• Experience in Occupational Health, with case management, safety critical medicals and health surveillance experience is essential.
• Competence in audiometry, spirometry, and (ideally) OGUK medicals
• Occupational Health qualification (desirable, not essential)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
