BEMS Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced BEMS Service Engineer to cover the south of England.

To maintain, repair and improve customer BEMS, taking responsibility for providing a high quality service to both customers and Facility Management clients.

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients
• Actively look for opportunities for additonal support contracts and services with existing customers
• Maintain and improve customer BEMS systems by carrying out routine and reacitive servicing, call outs, working promptly, efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures
• Complete clear and concise repots deetailing work carried out and recommendations on completion of any site visits
• Carry out extra works and small projects/commissioning work under guidance
  
  

You will have good general BEMS knowledge and relevant industry exprience, have knowledge of Trend (or equivalent systems)

Competency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
