Key Responsibilities
- Execute the installation and commissioning of diverse fire detection systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines while effectively communicating any potential delays.
- Conduct system commissioning in line with specifications, including programming and client handovers.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers, while supervising third-party contractors as necessary.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience within the fire alarm sector.
- Possession of FIA qualifications in Advanced and Commissioning (BS5839) is essential.
- Strong familiarity with BS5839 standards and the ability to programme systems across various manufacturers.
- Valid SSSTS certification, ECS/CSCS card, and other relevant safety certifications are required.
- Competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £38,000 per annum.
