Job Description

The role of FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis which supports the understanding of the group’s position and performance and communicating financial insight and analysis which help guide strategic decision-making based on financial trends.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks Include

  • Build relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage financial risks.
  • Provide financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analyse data trends and consolidate findings to deliver meaningful performance insights.
  • Support business transformation by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and business performance.
  • Create automated reports and dashboards to monitor financial health and drive informed decisions

Qualifications And Skills

Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Possess (or part-qualified) a professional Accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or equivalent).
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial systems
  • Analytical, detail-focused, and methodical
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with business software and financial modelling
  • Change management experience
  • GCSEs in English & Maths (A–C); A-Levels preferred
  • (Desirable) Knowledge of residential property management
