The role of FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis which supports the understanding of the group’s position and performance and communicating financial insight and analysis which help guide strategic decision-making based on financial trends.

The role of FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis which supports the understanding of the group’s position and performance and communicating financial insight and analysis which help guide strategic decision-making based on financial trends.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks Include
- Build relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage financial risks.
- Provide financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyse data trends and consolidate findings to deliver meaningful performance insights.
- Support business transformation by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and business performance.
- Create automated reports and dashboards to monitor financial health and drive informed decisions
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Possess (or part-qualified) a professional Accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or equivalent).
- Proficient in MS Office and financial systems
- Analytical, detail-focused, and methodical
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business software and financial modelling
- Change management experience
- GCSEs in English & Maths (A–C); A-Levels preferred
- (Desirable) Knowledge of residential property management
