About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to take on the role of Head of Service Delivery within the BCH ICT function. This role is responsible for leading and developing the ICT Service Delivery portfolio, ensuring that services are available, reliable, and aligned to the needs of policing operations across BCH and ERSOU.
Key Responsibilities

About The Role

- Oversee Service Desk, Client Development, Support Engineers, Problem Management, ASDT, Applications, and Product Support and Development.
- Ensure services are aligned with business needs and strategic plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across BCH, ERSOU, and the 7F network.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
- Proven leadership in ICT service delivery within a complex environment.
- Strong operational management and service improvement skills.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and service portfolios.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- A commitment to public service values and customer-focused delivery.
