The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role within a B2B sales team for a condiment food producer in both the branded and own label space. You'll head up one of their largest strategic manufacturing partners, optimising current contracts, whilst always looking for innovative / creative NPD opportunities.

Description
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives within the B2B food market
- Manage and grow key client relationships with the Food Manufacturers
- Optimise existing contracts and further Identify new business opportunities
- Cross functional workings with the NPD, innovators, chefs, food creators, designers and deliverers
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximise profitability
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the FMCG industry and its evolving landscape within B2B
Profile
A successful Commercial Manager - B2B Food will have:
- Strong experience within Foodservice, preferably Ingredients into the Food Manufacturers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively
- Problem solver with the ability to service clients needs within a commercial framework
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams inc. NPD, Technical, Chef's etc.
Job Offer
- £65-£70,000 base salary + CA
