There is an exciting opportunity within the Operational and Technical Support team, Regulatory Services Partnership (RSP) that delivers Environmental Health Services for the London Boroughs Merton, Richmond-upon-Thames and Wandsworth.

There is a full time vacancy in the Commercialisation Team covering the following services

• Licensing
• Pest Control
• Trading Standards
• Private Sector Housing
• Noise and Nuisance
• Air Quality and Pollution
• Food and Safety
  
  

The Main Tasks Are

• Being the first point of contact for phone calls, emails and online forms.
• Processing applications, licenses, complaints, payments and appointments
• Signposting and providing advice where appropriate
• Completing incoming work ensuring timeframes and deadlines are met.
