As a statutory director, you will hold legal and fiduciary responsibilities as part of the board, playing a vital role in shaping Kimal’s future direction and ensuring its continued operational excellence across the UK and Egypt.

The Role

You will have full executive responsibility for our operations across Bromsgrove, Worcester, and Cairo, including production, supply chain, procurement, customer service, and warehousing. Key Responsibilities

  • Statutory director on the Kimal Group Board, contributing to corporate governance and strategic decision-making.

About You

  • An experienced operations leader with board-level gravitas and a proven record of success in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
  • Strategic and hands-on, with experience managing large teams and complex international operations.
  • Adept in navigating regulatory frameworks (e.g. ISO, GMP) and embedding operational excellence.
  • Strong financial acumen and decision-making authority over multimillion-pound budgets.
  • Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in supply chain or operations (e.g. APICS, Six Sigma, CIPS, IOSH) desirable.

What We Offer

  • A seat at the boardroom table with full statutory director status.
  • The opportunity to shape the future of a respected medical manufacturing business.
  • A dynamic and collaborative leadership environment.
  • Competitive salary, car allowance, private healthcare, and performance incentives.
