We are looking for a Retail Distribution Support Officer to join our team. The role is full time and permanent. You'll be on a permanent, full time basis, working 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive team player with fantastic attention to detail to join the team and assist us in helping to delight our customers with our offer in our retail outlets across the country.

As a Retail Distribution Support Officer, you will assist in the smooth running of the Buying and Merchandising function and support the Buying and Merchandising (B&M) team in delivering the EH retail strategy.

Your role will include all administration on out stock and sales system (Nav), which involves PO management, stock adjustments and SKU management.
You will also assist with resolving invoice queries for Finance to ensure our supplier partners get paid in a timely manner.

To be considered as a Retail Distribution Support Officer, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in organising workloads, prioritising work and tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of working with external partners e.g. suppliers / warehouse operators /sites.
