Tasks and responsibilities:
SHIFT PATTERN : 4 days on 4 days off; 6.00 – 18.00; 18.00 – 6.00
Fixed Term Contract with the end date being 15th February 2026
Main purpose of job
To be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient working of a number of teams over the course of a shift, across all activities related to Client Order Fulfilment.
Key tasks
• To ensure the right resources are available to successfully complete all tasks related the fulfilment processes, i.e. people, equipment, consumables etc
• To ensure the right processes are in place and adhered to, to maximise efficiency and exceed client expectations in terms of quality and accuracy
• To set and meet high standards in terms of hygiene and Health and Safety, managing breaches in line with Company policy
• To set and meet stretching KPIs to maximise profitability
• To build meaningful relationships with the Clients
• To proactively identify problems and resolve these problems with minimum disruption to service
