Are you looking for an admin role in an education setting?
We are recruiting an experienced Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our friendly admin team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and diligent candidate providing a high standard of administrative support, and assisting the Office Manager in ensuring efficiency within the school office. You will be a proactive team player who will undertake general office duties including filing, parent communications, photocopying and scanning

This is an exciting time to join us as we expand our Sixth Form provision with new state-of-the-art facilities for our growing Sixth Form, together with establishing a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) intended for students requiring additional support for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).

Our Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will;
- Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have a good knowledge of ICT.
- Maintain information systems, databases and other associated records.
