HomeServe is currently looking for an Azure (AI) Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in transforming our cloud platform and emerging technologies landscape.
The role is based in our Walsall office where we work in a hybrid way with 2 days on site.
Salary is competitive + £5,500, 10% bonus, private medical and up to 6% matched pension contribution.

More about the role;
- Lead the implementation of secure and scalable Azure landing zones.
- Champion cloud best practices, ensuring security, agility, and alignment with compliance requirements.
- Deliver AI-driven and cloud-based solutions that enable innovation and automation across the business.
- Act as the subject matter expert for cloud technologies, supporting internal teams and projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed cloud capabilities and enable citizen development.
- Provide technical leadership across a range of cloud initiatives, incident response, and continuous service improvement.
Essential
- Proven experience in the technical delivery and support of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Solid understanding of cloud security principles and application of IT controls.
- Strong infrastructure and application knowledge across a regulated technology environment.
- Experience introducing AI, RPA, or Copilot-like technologies into production environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Analytical thinker with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Experience working in regulated sectors (e.g. financial services, utilities, healthcare).
