The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the content pipeline and scaling up the production of assets that drives performance. Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager, practice leads, CTO, marketing managers and external agencies to develop and manage compelling marketing assets that support out GTM and brand.
We are looking for someone who can elevate our design and content to create high-performing assets that improve lead generation, conversion and enable the sale. In this role you will co-design, build and execute on the content strategy using a variety of engaging content assets. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering content strategies that support business growth and align with product/service priorities.

- Working with the Head of Marketing and supporting the Product Market Manager take ownership of the content pipeline, content library and filming production schedules.
- Co-design, build and execute on the content strategy using a variety of engaging content assets. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering content strategies that support business growth and align with product/service priorities.
- Take an active role in the ideation and creation of our sales and customer pitch PowerPoint decks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to scale up production of all our marketing materials - setting standards, ensuring effective messaging and aligning content delivery with channel strategies
- Apply problem-solving and strategic thinking in content planning, execution and optimisation to ensure content meets objectives and digital marketing trends.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Customer Marketing Manager to align content with exciting new campaigns and account-based marketing.
- Support the Product Marketing Manager in ensuring the sales team and leadership are fully supported with all the marketing assets they need to enable the sale.
- Work with our technical leads and CTO to develop gated thought leadership and IP on the website.
- The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally, and will have the opportunity to work with senior colleagues cross-functionally.
- Analyse and report on the impact of our collateral to the Head of Marketing to enable us to refine our efforts.
- Has proven experience with content production and marketing.
- Experience in B2B technology would be ideal.
- Degree educated or suitable marketing equivalent qualification
- An expert copywriter with the ability to draft compelling collateral
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills, able to manage direct multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Has experience partnering with external agencies and creative teams.
- Be an excellent communicator and team player.
- Is dynamic and energetic constantly seeking to improve our collateral.
