As Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an accounts payment service to several legal entities, covering the payment of supplier invoicing, plus colleague T&E reimbursement
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, both in GBP and EUR
- Producing weekly payment runs ensuring all entries are valid, accurate and complete
- Seeking out and implementing improvements in the way we work together within our Accounts Payable team
- Be a subject matter expert for all things Accounts Payable and P2P
- Build key relationships with colleagues both within our finance function and the wider business
- Liaising closely with our external suppliers
- Experience of working within transactional finance team, including Accounts Payable
- Experience dealing with international suppliers and invoices
- Experience or working knowledge of COUPA/Oracle is desirable
- Adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
