We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ICT Project Support Administrator to join our dynamic ICT Infrastructure team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and project delivery to play a key role in implementing new ICT services and upgrades across the organisation.

You will lead smaller internal ICT projects and provide essential support to senior colleagues on larger, more complex initiatives. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of the Technical Project Management Office by supporting project documentation, reporting, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of new ICT services and upgrades
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Develop scopes of work, objectives, and success criteria
  • Identify and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Organise and document project workshops and review meetings
  • Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, resolving conflicts where necessary
  • Monitor project risks and issues, and maintain logs
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and share lessons learned
About You

You’ll be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively across teams and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrable experience delivering ICT services or upgrades
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Experience facilitating meetings and producing minutes
Desirable
  • PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience working in a structured project environment
