Client Care Advisor

We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Client Care Advisor to join our friendly team. We're looking for a kind, proactive and communicative individual who thrives in a caring and dynamic environment. Join our award-winning practice where we pride ourselves on delivering a unique compassionate experience to every client and pet. As a Client Care Advisor you'll be the welcoming face and calm voice of our practice.
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional, yet sensitive manner
- Answering the telephone, dealing with queries, transferring calls, and taking messages where applicable
- Liaising with referring vets and accurately recording details
- Updating in-house notes system clearly and accurately
- Coordinating appointments with the animals owners
- Taking card and cash payments
- Accurately carrying out departmental filing.
This role is 40 hours per week including one Saturday morning per month.

Located in the heart of Hove, Wilbury is a long established practice in the community providing first opinion, orthopaedic, and dentistry referral services. We recently won Linnaeus practice of the year, we have achieved outstanding in the RCVS Practice Standards Client Experience and Environmental Sustainability and recently achieved Green status in Investors in the Environment accreditation.
