About Us
Operating in the transport, energy, and power sectors with a focus on highway infrastructure, our expert capabilities extend the life of existing civil and building infrastructure across the UK. We implement a 'Detect, Diagnose, Develop, Deliver' approach offering a complete professional service from scheme development and design through to project delivery. These include structural concrete repair, crack injection, leak sealing injection, structural strengthening including the use of FRP composite materials, corrosion protection and cathodic protection, bridge bearing replacement, concrete carriageway rehabilitation using vacuum assisted void grouting and slab realignment techniques. We also undertake testing, inspection and structural health monitoring, pile testing and noise, vibration and air quality monitoring.

What you'll be doing
- Answer telephone calls, deal with if able to or direct calls to the appropriate engineer/director/team member.
- Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered.
- Screen incoming mail, telephone calls and emails on behalf of the teams and manage all appropriate correspondence and actions. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including post, deliveries, emails and overseas courier’s and emails.
- Arrange and attend team meetings / conferences, taking minutes and ensure appropriate facilities are organised (i.e. buffets, meeting room allocations etc).
- Adhoc confidential minute taking.
- Maintain accurate secure paper based / electronic filing systems and archiving. Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies, maintaining records and documentation
The ideal candidate must have a self-driven attitude and show the ability to use his/her initiative for everyday tasks and be able to work well under pressure.
- A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion always, using a high level of integrity.
- Good telephone manner.
- Strong organisational, time management and workload prioritisation skills
