Role Overview

The Business Development Support role focuses on:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Developing high-quality presentations and materials to support customer engagement.
  • Assisting in bid preparation and proposal processes.
  • Supporting Senior Business Development Managers in strategy execution and client interactions.

As part of the broader Business Development team, you may also:

  • Represent TEKEVER at conferences and exhibitions.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Prepare presentation materials for client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in preparing responses for bids and proposals.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the Business Development team.

Essential Skills & Competencies

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Post-graduate education in a relevant discipline is desirable.
  • Professional Experience:
    • Previous experience in business development support, sales support, or administrative roles.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and other business development tools.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Understanding of UAS and airspace industry systems (e.g., aircraft, sensors, software).
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work.
    • Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
    • Capability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.~
