Draken Europe is a leader in aviation services, supporting military and government operations across the globe. We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Trainer/Coordinator to join our dynamic Training & Development team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
About The Role
As a Trainer/Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Early Careers programmes and business-wide training initiatives. From coordinating apprenticeships and graduate placements to maintaining training records and delivering course content, this is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our people development strategy.

About The Role
As a Trainer/Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Early Careers programmes and business-wide training initiatives. From coordinating apprenticeships and graduate placements to maintaining training records and delivering course content, this is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our people development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate apprenticeship, graduate, and work experience programmes.
- Maintain accurate training records and archives in line with GDPR and compliance standards.
- Support the scheduling, delivery, and evaluation of internal and external training courses.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, including syllabi, assessments, and courseware.
- Deliver training sessions in various capacities: instructor, invigilator, examiner, and assessor.
- Compile departmental KPIs and financial data for reporting purposes.
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure training needs are met efficiently.
- Experience in a training coordination or administrative role, ideally within an aviation or technical environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint); experience with Learning Management Systems and tools like Articulate is a plus.
- Awareness of GDPR and Quality Management Systems.
- Previous experience working with apprentices, graduates, or young people is advantageous.
- A proactive, adaptable team player with a “can-do” attitude.
