This role will be working directly for Logical Holdings, our Group company.
As an Assistant Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You’ll work closely with the Group Financial Accountant and other departments to deliver timely and insightful financial data.

As an Assistant Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You’ll work closely with the Group Financial Accountant and other departments to deliver timely and insightful financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accounts receivable processes, including credit control and aged debt reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Support VAT returns, ONS and Crown Commercial reporting.
- Assist with audits and provide data to external auditors.
- Review payroll data and perform pension uploads and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies and ensure timely collections.
- AAT / CIMA / ACCA qualified or working towards qualification.
- Strong experience in bookkeeping and accounting best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail.
