The Role

As a Sales Executive at the K3 Capital Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and success. You’ll make outbound B2B calls to small business owners, building strong relationships and creating new opportunities. Your ability to connect with people and build rapport will be key as you introduce our services and arrange appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients
  • Work efficiently using our comprehensive in-house CRM system
  • Arrange appointments and generate qualified opportunities for our teams
  • Deliver exceptional service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience


What We’re Looking For

  • Prior sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A proven ability to spot buying signals and confidently close sales
  • A track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, professional, and a true team player
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to be the best

  • Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure: £25,000-£30,000 basic salary, realistic OTE of £40,000, with uncapped commission. Top performers earn £50,000+
