  • Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication within the school and with central University services.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll bring a strong background in administration, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as higher education, healthcare, or a customer-facing role. You should have:

  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with students and staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft 365; familiarity with Campus Solutions is desirable.
  • A genuine interest in academic support and improving the student experience.

What you will get in return

  • Fantastic market leading Pension scheme
  • Excellent employee health and wellbeing services including an Employee Assistance Programme
