What You’ll Do

  • Manage invoicing of sales and rental orders using our ERP system.
  • Reconcile monthly rental transactions with the sales team.
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Monitor inventory levels, generate reports, and place internal orders from HQ.
  • Prepare import/export documentation and coordinate customs compliance.
  • Process supplier invoices and support payment routines.
  • Coordinate with our external accounting firm on payroll and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure smooth flow of financial documentation and support internal controls.

  • Proven experience in administrative and financial coordination.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
