What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Meet with business leaders to uncover opportunities and pitch tailored R&D solutions
- Lead sales huddles and drive performance across a growing outbound team
- Manage and optimise a strong B2B pipeline to hit and exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-gen campaigns and outreach
- Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience
- Deliver clear sales reporting and performance insights to leadership
- Consistently follow up and engage prospects with precision and purpose
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development ideally in a fast-growth setting
- Strong pipeline management and a data-driven approach to closing deals
- Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder
- Confident handling high-value negotiations and complex decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organised, and focused on results
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in R&D tax, recruitment sales, or professional/financial services
- Work or educational experience in engineering, science or manufacturing is a HUGE bonus
- Background in consultative or solution-led selling
- Love the thrill of closing deals and smashing targets
- Are commercially sharp, strategic, and persistent
