What You'll Do:
- Process orders accurately and coordinate deliveries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide expert product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance.
- Collaborate with field sales, logistics, and operations teams.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Sales-driven with a proactive approach to generating business.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Confidence in using IT systems in particular CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ready-mix concrete products (preferred but not essential).
