Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate risk management activities across the Civils Works Alliance, ensuring risks are effectively identified, evaluated, and controlled.

Collate and interpret Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) data to provide a clear, comprehensive picture of the risk-adjusted forecast at portfolio level.

Ensure compliance with risk management processes and governance, supporting continuous improvement.

Provide risk management guidance and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.

Maintain and update risk registers, driving proactive risk reduction and escalation where necessary.

Deliver high-quality, insightful risk reporting to senior stakeholders.

Core Competencies:
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to engage confidently with senior leaders and diverse teams.

Proven expertise in leading risk teams within complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.
