Description

• Support the development of an operational readiness strategy and plan
• Facilitate and implement an operational readiness plan and oversee the effective running of these plans, reporting into the overall plan for the pensions portfolio
• Provide directional leadership of operational change activity across several critical and mandated projects.

Profile

The successful Operational Readiness Consultant

• Track record of defining and delivering operational readiness
• Exposure of working the NHS, Government or Pensions sector
• Proven at influencing senior stakeholders
• Programme management experience
• Available to start July 15th
