Compliance & Data Protection Lead
Inspired Villages

Our purpose drives us to build real communities that enhance the lives of our residents every day. We are seeking a Compliance & Data Protection Lead to join our expanding Finance team.
After seven years of phenomenal growth and numerous awards, we are backed by a joint venture partnership between Legal & General PLC and NatWest Group Pension Trustee Limited. We are on course to significantly transform the later living experience in the UK, with a commitment to expand our portfolio to 34 retirement villages, which will equate to around 5,000 age-appropriate homes for retirees.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role—ideal for someone who combines strong attention to detail with a genuine passion for embedding robust compliance practices across the organisation. The role offers variety and scope, blending strategic oversight with day-to-day implementation. It’s well suited to a proactive, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at translating complex requirements into practical, business-ready solutions.
