The Opportunity
Were currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team on a fixed-term contract of up to 6 months, delivering outstanding front-of-house services to one of our prestigious clients in the City of London.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Professionally manage all incoming calls, handling them efficiently and courteously.
Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all visitors.
Oversee visitor and meeting room management, ensuring seamless coordination.
Respond to queries promptly, following strict security protocols.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and their visitors.
Consistently deliver a high standard of front-of-house service.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a receptionist/front-of-house role within a corporate office environment.
Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work calmly under pressure, managing multiple tasks while maintaining service excellence.
A proactive, personable, and professional approach.
Position Details:
Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (up to 6 months)
40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:30am and 7:00pm)
