We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Practitioner to work within the Henry Beaufort SEND Team
As Part Of This Role You Will Be
Specialist qualifications are not essential, as it is more important for the successful candidate to show empathy,
resilience, initiative, dedication to our students, and a good sense of humour. Training and guidance will be
provided.

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Practitioner to work within the Henry Beaufort SEND Team
As Part Of This Role You Will Be
- Supporting SEND students in lessons across the year groups
- Liaising with staff, parents, and students to ensure that SEND students are reaching their full potential.
- Developing good relationships with students and being a keyworker for some students with more complex
- Learning and developing effective strategies for supporting our SEND students with their learning, with a
- Developing your own professional career in SEND with various CPD opportunities.
- Good levels of numeracy and literacy are required (GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths).
- A positive and resilient attitude
- Good communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style depending on the student’s needs.
- The ability to work as a part of a team.
- Flexibility in your approach to working with students, with an understanding that every student has their own
