Avante Care & Support is looking for a dedicated Domestic Supervisor to join our team at Court Regis, located on Middletune Avenue, Milton Regis, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 2HT. This role is for 28 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Are you passionate about providing high-quality care for the elderly and those living with dementia? Avante Care & Support is looking for a dedicated Domestic Supervisor to join our team at Court Regis, located on Middletune Avenue, Milton Regis, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 2HT. This role is for 28 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire our Domestic Staff daily, ensuring all shifts are covered.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment while respecting our residents’ lifestyles.
- Engage residents in their living spaces, allowing them to personalize their areas.
- Oversee and allocate tasks to ensure efficient cleaning routines, both scheduled and on-the-spot.
- Manage cleaning supplies, adhering to budgets and COSHH regulations.
- Assist with the storage and care of residents’ clothing.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and fire regulations.
- Uphold confidentiality at all times regarding resident and staff information.
- Strong communication skills and a sympathetic understanding of the needs of older adults.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
- Flexibility and independence in your work approach.
- Previous experience supervising domestic staff in a residential setting is a plus!
