The Leicestershire Nutrition and Dietetic Service has a vacancy for an efficient Support Team Assistant with excellent administration and communication skills to work in our fast-paced Admin Support Team contributing towards the day to day running of the appointment booking team and general admin functions.

Job Description Summary (Main Duties And Responsibilities)
- The role will involve speaking to patients and health professionals on the telephone on a daily basis therefore applicants will be able to speak clearly and have a confident professional telephone manner.
- The post holder will be proficient with using computers and will use clinical systems to check and update patient’s confidential details, to arrange appointments and to generate clinical correspondence.
- Legible handwriting and filing skills and ability to use office equipment is essential as the post also involves preparing post, information packs and filing paper based information.
