SeAH Wind
Date: 1 day ago
City: Middlesbrough, England
Contract type: Full time

Are you ready to be part of the most significant opportunity unfolding right at your doorstep? Bid farewell to extensive travel and contract work as we invite you to join the groundbreaking developments in the field. Whether you seek a stable future or have a passion for Green Energy, this is your chance.
Why us? We will be the biggest XXXL Monopile factory in the world servicing the offshore wind industry.
We’re looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental Lead who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real difference. This isn’t a typical corporate safety role it’s an opportunity to help shape how we think about health, safety and the environment from the ground up.
You’ll take the lead in building and improving our HSE practices across the business. From developing clear, practical policies to supporting site teams and rolling out training, you’ll be the go-to person for all things HSE. Working closely with operational leads, you’ll help us embed safe, sustainable ways of working into everything we do. You’ll have the autonomy to influence our direction, while also being hands-on and involved in the day-to-day detail.
In this role, you’ll help design and implement systems that reduce risk and promote a strong safety culture. You’ll lead investigations, track incidents, analyse trends, and bring forward ideas for smarter, more efficient ways of working. You’ll also play a key part in ensuring we meet all legal requirements, maintain compliance with ISO standards, and keep improving as we grow.
We’re looking for someone with relevant HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH, along with solid experience in environments where safety really matters ideally where heavy equipment or industrial processes are involved. You should be confident working with ISO 14001 and 45001 frameworks, and it’s a bonus if you’ve had exposure to ISO 9001 too. If you’ve supported audits, worked with regulators, or helped develop training content, even better.
This is a lead role, not a management one perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership, be a subject matter expert, and grow with the business. If you're passionate about creating a safe, responsible working environment and want to be part of something being built the right way from day one, we’d love to hear from you.
In return, we can offer an attractive base salary of up-to £50k (DOE), 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution and Medicash.
At SeAH Wind we are committed to developing a diverse workforce and creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Our aim is to build a workplace that attracts the most talented people and creates an environment that fosters courtesy and mutual respect.
All applications will receive equal consideration for employment regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expressions, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, or age. We know that getting this right is crucial for us to live our values: Honest, Passionate and Professional.
Simply put, SeAH Wind value you whoever you are.
