Are you ready to be part of the most significant opportunity unfolding right at your doorstep? Bid farewell to extensive travel and contract work as we invite you to join the groundbreaking developments in the field. Whether you seek a stable future or have a passion for Green Energy, this is your chance.

Why us? We will be the biggest XXXL Monopile factory in the world servicing the offshore wind industry.

We’re looking for a capable and detail-focused Technical Project Coordinator/Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background who enjoys working with technical documentation, client specifications, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll be responsible for reviewing engineering drawings, interpreting technical contract clauses, and supporting the development of procedures, inspection plans, and work instructions. Acting as a key link between engineering, production and quality teams, you’ll help ensure that technical information is clearly communicated, well-documented, and aligned with project timelines and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include identifying and communicating technical risks, managing technical queries from clients and third parties, coordinating responses across departments, and supporting version-controlled documentation for traceability and audit purposes. You’ll also take part in project meetings such as technical kick-offs and PIMs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal documentation standards and procedures.

We’re looking for someone with a degree in engineering (mechanical, marine, manufacturing, or a related discipline) and a background in technical, production, or document-focused roles. You should be confident reviewing specifications and drawings, drafting technical documents, and working collaboratively across departments. A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and attention to detail is essential.

Knowledge of welded structures or offshore fabrication projects will be an advantage, as will familiarity with document control systems or digital project tools such as SharePoint or ERP platforms. Strong organisational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools are also important in this role.

If you're looking for a hands-on role where you can apply your technical knowledge, contribute to high-quality projects, and help strengthen internal engineering processes, we’d love to hear from you.

In return, we can offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution and Medicash.
