Key Responsibilities – Customer Service and Textiles Expertise
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and online channels, delivering friendly, responsive, and professional service for all enquiries.
- Offer in-depth product knowledge for luxury textiles, interior solutions, and design collections.
- Expertly guide customers through order processes, product selections, sampling, and after-sales support.
- Proactively manage and resolve queries or concerns, ensuring every client receives a seamless experience from initial enquiry to delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information and order updates.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing promotions, sample requests, and client events.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving Panaz Group product ranges.
- Provide regular activity reports and support the wider team, and liaise with your external Field Sales Manager on ad hoc projects.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within businesses that design and distribute specialist products.
- Ability to develop expert knowledge of Panaz Group's products and commit to ongoing personal learning and development.
- You'll need to demonstrate your independence and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills - professional, clear, and well-written.
- Computer literacy, with competence in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn bespoke CRM/order platforms.
- Ability to work and engage with others effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
- Genuinely passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience and building positive relationships.
