Head Host

We’re searching for a Head Host to join our team at The Blues Kitchen.

We are looking for a natural people person with a warm smile and a magnetic personality to lead our front door and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate radiates warmth and positivity, making every guest feel at ease the moment they arrive. What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome every guest with warmth and grace, creating an exceptional first impression
• Manage reservations and waitlists smoothly to ensure an efficient flow of service
• Handle guest enquiries and special requests with care and attention to details
• Support and mentor the host team, leading by example
• Work closely with management and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a guest-facing role
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, late-night setting
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Friendly, reliable, and professional
• Keen to grow within a hospitality-focused team
  
  

What To Expect

• Competitive Pay: £12.50 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £15-17 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc is paid on the last Friday of the month.
• The Blues Kitchen is a lively bar, restaurant and music venue meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts over the course of the week.
