We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based Nationally.
Location: Nationwide - remote working available, with occasional travel to the multiple locations required
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per year
What will you be responsible for?
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Supply Chain team, supporting them by working cross-functionally across Kier Group and with Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks project and commercial teams to find ways to improve our supply chain maturity, and encourage innovation and creative thinking within the supply chain, working to facilitate the development of supplier capability and capacity.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Supply Chain team, supporting them by working cross-functionally across Kier Group and with Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks project and commercial teams to find ways to improve our supply chain maturity, and encourage innovation and creative thinking within the supply chain, working to facilitate the development of supplier capability and capacity.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Research suppliers/trades to seek and understand market positioning and influence. Identify gaps in supply chain by interpreting and present data insights, utilising external data sites, Excel, Power Bi and Power Apps.
- Engagement with NRNN Framework/contracts to support their supply chain collaboration, help monitor and manage supply chain performance and Facilitation of 360-degree feedback surveys and results analysis across our strategic partners and support the facilitation of quarterly supply chain briefings.
- Identify key cross functional stakeholders within the business and support the improvement of all aspects of the supply chain management function by working with key stakeholders to review current and//or developing methodology and processes.
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with suppliers while promoting Kier initiatives and values and engage regularly with supply chain through face to face and virtual conversations
- Analyse, design, develop and maintain supply chain tools such as supply chain data base, demand forecasting and supply chain mapping as well as managing and running monthly reports.
This role of Supply Chain Analyst is great for you if:
- You have previous experience in a Supply Chain role with a knowledge of procurement, supply chain relationship management and strategic sourcing concepts and methodologies.
- You are have excellent relationship building skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and confidence with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
- You hold strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of managing and analysing data from various sources to provide management information
- You have experience of effectively using data to create up to date analysis and support business decisions.
