Who are we looking for?
As a Founder’s Associate, your mission is to dive headfirst into the highest-impact areas of the business, with a strong focus on business operations. You’ll work directly alongside the CEO full-time at the office near London Fields, gaining exposure to every major function: from product and strategy to sales, people, and day-to-day execution.
This is a hybrid role that blends the fast-paced breadth of a Founder’s Associate with the structure and ownership of a Business Operations role. You’ll support with high-priority projects, streamline internal processes, and jump in wherever needed to unblock the team and keep the business moving forward.
This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated, analytical problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, loves getting things done, and is eager to have a front-row seat to how a company scales. As a Founder’s Associate, you will:
- Work hand in hand with the CEO at the office in east London to unblock the most pressing issues across the company.
- Support the CEO with podcast, Linkedin and speaking engagements
- Support the CEO in planning and prioritizing. Including the coordination of trips and managing his calendar
- Participate in strategic meetings and ensure actions are carried out across teams.
- Lead by example to enable the high ownership and high execution culture
- Setup AI first automations and processes across our different tools to simplify communication. This includes managing Bi-Weekly updates and Internal Communication rituals.
- Support Sales Operations and Revenue Management Activities.
- Partner with various departments, including Product, Customer Success, and sales, to understand their operational needs and provide necessary automations and tooling where needed
- Assist the sales team with preparing and submitting RFPs, vendor onboarding forms, and company registration documentation.
- Help manage and maintain the company’s suite of tools and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for usage and kept up-to-date.
- Initial experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong Zapier knowledge as well as other automation tools
- AI-First mindset
- Super proactive, problem-solving, driven and can-do attitude
- Curious and resourceful, but not afraid to ask for help at the right time
- You know your way around tools and are not afraid to figure things out
- Confident analytical skills with passion for data, automations and streamlining processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable alternating between high-level strategy and hands-on activities
