Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm

G4S Facilities Management is currently recruiting a skilled Mechanical Technical Services Manager to join our team in Cheltenham.
The successful post holder will manage the daily delivery and monitoring of engineering services, including planned maintenance, small works projects and major Lifecycle renewals, with a focus on hard engineering services.
Key Responsibilities Include
Review maintenance regime and tasks for best practice and conformance.
Produce reports to validate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and demonstrate effective service management.
Monitor and report on Service Level Tests and KPIs, assisting with reporting, planning improvements, and aligning with Contract deliverables.
Contribute to methodologies for assessing asset condition to drive maintenance and life cycle planning.
Identify and recommend best practices to reduce costs, improve margins, and gain financial advantage.
Ensure robust data capture systems are in place and promote data use for asset management and profitability.
Contribute to and support Life cycle plan and resultant project works.
Assess maintenance implications of project and non-maintenance activity and present impact assessments.
Support delivery of high quality infrastructure service across Hard and Soft services and participate in Duty Manager on-call rota.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Client and customer, ensuring needs are met within the Annual Operating Plan constraints.
Support HFM team by managing various AP functionalities (i.e. mechanical / confined space).
