Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Delivery Manager at Electricity North West. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, service delivery, IT service management, and customer service. The role is based in Preston with some flexibility for remote work.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing service delivery processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
