Senior Ariba Tender Analyst, Procurement


Woking - Hybrid

The Senior Ariba Tender Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the larger, more complex e-tenders for both direct and indirect procurement of goods and services. This role plays a critical part in driving procurement excellence, maintaining compliance with organisational policies, and delivering value to internal stakeholders through efficient and effective procurement operations



About the role...



This role is responsible for ensuring e-tenders for the procurement team are smooth and efficient, which will help with driving the overall procurement excellence.


  • Manage end-to-end tender processes within the Ariba system, including tender creation, supplier invitation, bid evaluation, and contract award.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, legal, and operations, to define tender requirements and identify the most suitable suppliers.
  • Support with more complex tenders that would include either tier pricing (e.g. packaging), big numbers of suppliers or materials tendered at the same time (e.g. logistics)
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and participate in supplier performance reviews, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs and objectives
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations


About you...


This role requires an individual with strong customer focus, commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient and compliant sourcing processes. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive value through effective tender management, supplier relationship management, and cost optimisation.


  • Experience in SAP Ariba is essential.
  • Managing e-tenders and e-contracts.
  • Experience of system implementation is essential.
  • Strong communicator and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset to interpret and present data in a clear and concise manner.
